Joseph Jr. Boone was born in Fayette, Kentucy and married his first wife Cassandra Kirk in Bath, Kentucky in the year of 1819. They had five children during their marriage. He moved the family to Indiana before his marriage to Nancy Muir (aka Moore) in the year of 1814. Records do not indicate if he died before or after Nancy. His final resting was in the state of Indiana.

One of his son's was named Benjamin H. Boone of which is our  GGG Grandfather.
